Mobile phones are allowed in colleges whether it's RVS horticulture college or some other because cell phone technology has now gone beyond placing a simple call, college students, use their phones to keep up with assignments and class schedules, and become aware of campus alerts and warnings.

But you should take care that you don't use mobile during a class and you put your phone on silent as if your phone rings during class then it may disturb everyone and can annoy the professor.
