LPU NEST for B Tech is also a proctored exam and questions are asked in the form of MCQs. The result is displayed on the dashboard of the student after 24 hrs. One gets two chances of attempting LPU NEST. The best of the two results will be applicable for a scholarship. One has to register oneself with the university and pay online for taking LPU NEST.

One can get the test altered and can avail a second chance as well. The best out of the two results will be considered for scholarships. One can go to the admission offices physically and fill the forms manually as well. The minimum score required to qualify LPUNEST is 40 percent.

LPU conducts a National Scholarship and Entrance test (LPUNEST). This test will have twofold advantage as it will act  as Entrance Test as well as Scholarship Test. This exam is conducted is conducted in online mode only (Offline mode is not allowed i.e., Pen and paper mode is not allowed ).
