The selection process is mostly through marks obtained in the board exam or any entrance exam (different depending on the university). 

Looking for recognised universitries that offer this course, 

Lovely Professional University, Phagwara

Sharda University, Noida, etc are some. 

Apply for the university you choose, and you would admitted as per the score obtained. 

Most of these universities start their phase 1 application by the first week of January every year.
