You look up to 11th Nd 12th NCERT and also TS and AP board. Pay focus on maths as it carries 50% of total marks.

For mock tests you should start with the whole set of mocks 1 month before the exam, appear them in real exam-like conditions like straight for 3 hours without break, analyze your mistakes after test, especially in time management, calculation errors. You can also use OMR sheets for practice.

Make a daily schedule, For Maths: Practice formulas and previous year’s questions daily and time management: try to finish maths in 80 to 90 mins in the test. For Physics and Chemistry: Focus on concept understanding and short quick notes. Take 30 to 35 min target to complete each.
