If the board has not issued the rechecking results then you will be left with no option other than to continue with your previous unrechecked result.

There will be no problem if you have crossed the top 20 percentile of your respective board or if you have scored more than 75 percent, you can later on change your percentage at the time of admission in the college.
But if you have not fulfilled the above criteria then you can do nothing other than to wait for the results. You can write to the JEE advance counseling team and your board about your problem via email.
