If you are talking about India then i must say that M.pharma has got good scope as compare to Pharma,D. If you want to go abroad for your education then please choose Pharma.D.

If you want to work in production of drugs M.pharma in (pharmaceutics, pharmaceutical analysis, industrial pharmacy) is best choice.

If one is willing to learn and work in clinical and hospital setting then M.pharma in (pharmacology, pharmacy practice) and  (Pharma.D) is best choice.
