Upsc recruited msc students post graduation degree in the concerned speciality or super-speciality mentioned in Section A of Schedule VI from recognized Teaching Institute i.e. Doctor of Medicine (Anaesthesiology) or Master of Surgery (Anaesthesiology) or Diplomate National Board (Anaesthesiology).you can check regularly the website to know the vacancies.
