Here, I would say MCA is an application curse which generally people do and start their career as mobile or website developer. Of course there is to much to do with mobile and web application development but it fully depend on compay what type of project they are developing. Even, big MNC company also do great and complex project which you can easily boost your career at right place.

AI, is different than normal or typical application development. You may check what their course contents because its important as this AI has great demand but man power supply is less. So you can make your career better here as well.

Important, make sure what is your interest because thats matter lots.
