If you want to do Msc in Microbiology from a good university, then you need to have atleast 55% marks or 6 CGPA in your UG course. Apart from this you need to have Chemistry as one of the subject in your UG. BSc Zoology, Microbiology are eligible for the course of Microbiology in most of the universities.

The admission fee differs from institute to institute. For that you have to visit the official website of the university you are interested in. Also some universities conducts entrance test for the admission of MSc in Microbiology.
