There are many universities available as few accepts Gate score and few may  conduct their own entrance. Also, if you are interested in M.Tech then as per my view your first choice shoud be IITs/NITs/GFTIs and for that you will have to clear Gate exam with required score and apart from that you can try for BITS, VIT as well.
