It completely depends upon your thoughts and interest
But if you do M.tech from a good University,then you will earn more plus you have one more degree that will help you in future.
If you want to M.tech I suggest you to do your course from IIT or NIT's or state government colleges and not from private Universities.
Doing M.tech is a good think. Plus it will give you more experience in research work

I assume that you are talking about Mtech from an average college then coming to your answer if you are willing to do research work in future or you have desire to study in foreign colleges then Mtech will best option for you.But if you want to settle down and want to a good position in psu then going to job is more suitable as there is almost slight difference in salary of BTech or Mtech pass out students.
