Hello,
4 years of undergraduation has a lot of impact on whatever decision you make. You don't compare mba and mtech. Those are completely different disciplines. Pick whatever you are interested in. Both are great degrees. Letting you know about the colleges, is where we can be of great help.
If you want us to decide which degree for you, then sorry, you should figure it out by yourself. In general MBA deals with business and management, and mtech deals with the further specification in whatever brach you are studying for btech. If business is your interest pick mba. If you want to study in deep the course you are studying, then pick Mtech.
