This will surely help you score well for you NEET. But if you are asking if questions for 300 marks will be directly from MTG, then the answer is no. The NTA does not take questions directly from any book or coaching institution material.

So focus on your NCERT and solve ample amount of questions, and you will surely cross 300 marks.
