i guess you are asking about B.Com (//B.COm) course then the basic eligibility criteria to get admission for the course B.com (//B.com) is candidate must have passed their 10+2 from recognized board with commerce stream subjects having accountancy, business studies , economics , maths/optional  subject and english as main subjects and the admission will be done on the basis of merit which is different for  every college there.
