if you want get your position secured such that you have to take admission into that college only then try to score above 70-80%.

prepare yourself accordingly so that you can perform better in the entry exam.  try to solve previous year papers. get your basics strong and solve numericals if any. It is very important to be attentive during exam. we make silly mistakes and  lose marks. so try all these you will get an admission for sure.
