First of all thank you so much for considering us for your queries. MHCET exam is conducted by Maharashtra State and it covers maximum of the top law colleges in Maharashtra. The college under MHCET are state aided Universities or colleges. 
For preparation of MHCET the syllabus is same as CLAT they ask you Legal, Maths, logical reasoning, English, General knowledge. There is no different syllabus or mode to prepare for MHCET.
