IIM Sirmaur, IIM Jammu, IIM Nagpur will release their own merit list according to the CAT score or percentile and profile of the Candidate. There are no further rounds for these Institutions.

IIM Sirmaur: Based on the information provided by the applicants, candidates will be shortlisted and called to Sirmaur for an area specific written test and or interview.
Candidates will be admitted to the programme based on a combination of multiple parameters, as also specified by the respective areas. Parameters may include applicant's CAT score, past academic performance, work experience, area specific test and  or interview performance etc

IIM Jammu:  IIM Jammu's Admission Committee will decide the number of candidates who would be called for PA process on the basis of criteria prepared for each category. However, if the actual number of short-listed candidates were found to be less than the required number of candidates to be called for WAT & PI category-wise, then the overall as well as section-wise minimum score would be reduced to get the desired number of candidates.

IIM Nagpur: The admission process at IIM Nagpur takes into account the candidates Past Academic Performance , Work Experience,  performance in Common Admission Test, and performance in Personal Interview and Written Ability Test.

See, in reality the oast academic does matters when it comes to admission in IIMs.They want best so this is the criteria.Still you should try to be positive and give your best in CAT.Also you should focus in getting good percentage in graduation.If you will score 99% ile and above then you will definitely get a good college to persue MBA.
