Such things sometimes do not create any problem. However, in some colleges, the administration will not approve of this and might reject such a certificate or ask you to get a new one with the proper credentials.

If the latter is the case, then you must go on with the admission process and talk with the college administration that this is simply a mistake and you will get a new certificate with new credentials. They might want you to write an application, so write one. 

However, I suggest you must contact the college administration because these things might even lead to cancellation of admission if the authorities are too strict over there. Just make them understand that it is just a simple mistake, completely by chance and you will take care of it.
