Chemistry Ncert more important.for reference you can use O.P Tandon Himanshu Pandey Morrison

Maths .   Start with Ncert then go ahead with a das Gupta mcq in maths advanced  

Practice previous year  IIT JEE QUESTIONS many times become perfect in them

Mantra arise awake and stop not till goal is reached

If your 11th portion is not good and you are thinking of cracking Jee Advanced exam,then you should complete your 11th portion properly.There is nearly  same weightage of 11th and 12th portion in both Jee mains and advanced exam.Without the knowledge of 11th you cannot score good marks .In Advanced exam questions are based on the concepts .You should develop the basic and clear concepts in all subjects and chapters.If your 11th is not good then you can drop a year because it will take time to cover and complete the 11th portion.
