12th is not much related with 11th but basic cocept of 11th is necessary to understand 12th.if you want to crack neet then you have to give equal weightage to 11th and 12th. But at this time don't get stressed and focus on 12th syllabus and try to get deep knowledge bcz conceptual and analytical questions are asked from 12th class.

And with your 12th syllabus also read ncert of 11th carefully and try to understand it.
