Physics, Chemistry, and Maths are must and English is also a must option to sit for JEE exam. So you should clearly choose Computer in place of physical education because you have scored better on the computer.

You should choose computer as the fifth subject .

So adding all that 5 subjects and taking percent 

You are getting 79.4 percent.

As you got above 75 percent you are eligible for admission in NITs

The five subject you to choose are like physics, chemistry, maths and English are compulsory only if you see directly or indirectly so you only have option for one subject and in that you will choose the subject with highest marks . So in final you have to choose physics, chemistry, maths, English, computer.
