I think you mean to say that you have passed Class 12, but have gotten a low percentage. Now, since you have asked this question under Finance and Accounts domain, I am assuming you are asking if you can pursue a course in Finance and Accounts. 

So, under Finance and Accounts, Chartered Accountancy (CA) is one of the most sought-after course. Now, even with a low percentage at Class 12 level, you can very well pursue the career of Chartered Accountancy, provided you have passed Class 12.

CA under the banner of new changes introduced, you can pursue it by enrolling yourself  CA Foundation course. Note that earlier the starting point of CA used to be enrolling in CA CPT course, however, new registrations in the course have ended with the coming of new education scheme.

Also, there are many courses at Bachelors level which doesn't give much merit to the percentage scored in Class 12 but only take admission on the basis of entrance exam. You only have to become eligible for the exam which generally require one to pass Class 12.
