As per the AIIMS MBBS eligibility criteria, candidate should have passed class 12 from any recognized University/Board with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, English as the main subjects.
Also, the minimum aggregate of the marks secured in English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology obtained in the qualifying examination should be 60% for General and OBC candidates and 50% for SC/ST/PWD candidates.
Since your aggregate marks are more than 60%, you are eligible to apply for the AIIMS MBBS examination.
