The minimum aggregate of the marks in ENGLISH, PHYSICS, CHEMISTRY and BIOLOGY obtained in the qualifying examination required for appearing in this examination are :General and OBC candidates: 60% SC/ST 50%

you can prepare for NEET reguire percentage is 50% in PHY CHEM AND BIO

but when I fill the form this year of aiims there was requirement of 60 percent in phy chem bio and eng.but my all-over percentage is 60 not in phy chem bio and eng.

No I think.. Their cut off is 75% I think..

Listen,, cut off for general 60% & cut off for st/sc/pH is 50%. So, u can apply for it.. All the best..
