My Percent in RBSE Board is 57.40 in the 12th. So I can't Go To AIIMS Then Should I Do 12th Again With Foundation ?

No , I won't prefer this for you dear student. Again doing 12th is not a good option. Rather if you are thinking to drop so take coaching for one year for aiims from a good coaching institute. And apply for the improvement exams for the subjects you want to improve your marks . Rest now is the time you should check when does the forms for the improvement comes out . You better fill improvement form in time and then prepare well for aiims . This was the best thing I think for you. I hope this was helpful .
