If you are asking this for UPTU B.Tech admission then as per the eligibility criteria rules, the candidates must have passed intermediate with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with Chemistry or Biotechnology or Biology or Technical Vocabulary Subject. The candidate must have passed qualifying examination with at least 45% marks in aggregate in three subjects. As you got 43% in PCM you won't be eligible for UPTU as you are from OBC Category. There is  relaxation in minimum marks of 5% only for SC and ST category. For other categories, the minimum requirement is 45% in PCM. And it should be noted that, the candidate must has passed without any grace marks. http://engineering.careers360.com/articles/upsee-eligibility-criteria
