Hi Jayesh,
If there is any mistakes in your admit card, I would advise you to directly speak to the college officials itself before your exam day. Don't keep it till last moment as then the college might not consider yiur request saying it's late. So I would advise you to visit the college if possible or mail them about your faulty admit card.
