NEET 2021 criteria states that there is no upper age limit till the Supreme Court passes its judgment on it. So you can apply for NEET and also get colleges based on your rank. Even if Supreme Court passes an order afterwards, you can still opt for MBBS since your NEET 2021 rank would be considered, and the rule will be for NEET 2022.
