With your AIR 14321, the possibilty for a seat in AIIMS is low for you. But in last year, the closing AIR was 21470, category rank 93 allocated was AIIMS Mangalagiri in 1st round and in 2nd, AIR 24045, category rank 111 allocated college was AIIMS Patna. By comparing your category rank 242 with mention data from previous year, you'll find difficult to get a seat but as 6 new AIIMS has been introduced this year and the seats for ST has been increased to 87 you might have chances in either of rounds or open round counselling(in case of vacancies).
