Aspirants in the merit list of NEET MDS will be eligible for AIQ process. Cut off depends upon the various factors such as the number of candidates taking test, difficulty level of exam, seats available and so on. Qualifying percentie score for SC/ST/OBC candidates is 40 percentile. Cut off in 2019 is 115 (revised) and in 2018 was 204.
As per my understanding a rank within top 500 will likely get a govt seat for MDS.
