Yes you can get admission in HBTU kanpur . But you need to to apply separately for its counselling after mains exam . Getting Cse and ece as closing rank for them are around 20000and 27000 respectively . But ya you can get other branches like electrical, civil ,mechanical in it .
Talking about MMMUT gorakhpur , around 10% seat are given on the jee mains basis and rest on its own entrance exam MMMEE. If you gave that all good otherwise your rank is fair enough to get admission it that college.
