Dear Aspirant, with 12265 rank in National Council for Hotel Management Joint Entrance Examination (NCHMCT) JEE it will be quite difficult to get any IHM under central government. I hope you are clear now. Feel free to ask if you have any other doubts. All The Best for your future.
