Sorry to inform but it seems that according to the previous years' cutoff, a score of 578 is way beyond for Rajasthan.
Since you haven't mentioned about the category, I am providing you with the statistics of UR Category.

In 2018, the last UR Candidate to get in through 85% State Quota had an AIR of 5744 with a marks of 560 in Government Medical College, Dungarpur.

Although this is less than yours, but we know this year's Results have been a total shocker.
You may try to look in for BDS or Private Medical Colleges.
