Doesn't look possible this year brother. The cutoffs have went drastically high this year since you too might be knowing that the number of candidates had increased and also the paper level was called easy comparatively. Even last year 594 was the last person under obc category  to get admission in medical colleges in Delhi. You cab try in ESIC Dental College, New Delhi as cutoff last year was 527 for the obc category.
