Generally in All India Quota counselling there are lot of students applying for a limited number of seats therefore, chances of admission through AIQ for MBBS with a rank of 186000 will be less. You can try for admission through state quota counselling.

Anything could not be said about what colleges you can get on the basis of your score in NEET, you should know that it would be too early to predict anything. The cut off trends tend to change every year and same can be expected for this year as well. However, for your given score, you have a feeble chance to get into a good college.
