With an AIR of 23759 and OBC rank 4644 along with Bihar domicile and EBC status, getting a top NLU is very difficult. However, there may be a small chance in newer or lower-ranked NLUs if seats remain vacant in later counselling rounds, especially under state domicile or EBC reservation. Final allotment depends on category - wise cutoffs, seats availability and round-wise movement, so it is advisable to participate in counselling and monitor updates closely.
