Even though you belong to a reserved category (SC), the cutoffs of colleges are pretty high in Delhi government medical colleges under the state quota. The cutoffs of every college tends to close over 420 marks minimum.

Hence with a score of 308 in NEET 2019, you won't be able to get a seat in any of the government medical colleges in Delhi.
