Hello aspirant,

With an All India Rank  of 2,84,439 in NEET UG, getting an MBBS seat in a government medical college through the All India Quota is quite challenging unless you belongs to a reserved category like SC/ST or has a state quota advantage with a lower cutoff. However, there's still a chance in some private medical colleges, deemed universities, or through management quota seats especially in states where the cutoffs are comparatively lower. It's also worth exploring options like BDS, BAMS, BHMS, or B.Sc nursing.Always stay update with  counselling rounds sometimes, seats open up unexpectedly in mop-up or stray vacancy rounds.

You can also try using this tool NEET college predictor careers 360 to check which colleges you might get based on your NEET rank, category, and state preferences. It gives you a list of possible colleges and helps you plan better during counselling.

Thank you and all the best!

Your NEET All India Rank is around 2,84,439, so honestly, getting an MBBS seat in a government college is quite difficult with this rank, especially if you're from the general category. Even for reserved categories, it's still going to be tough, but sometimes there’s a chance in the mop-up rounds depending on the state and availability of seats.

If you’re considering private colleges, then admission is possible through the management quota, but the fees will be high. Deemed universities are also an option, but again, they’re quite expensive. At this rank, I think it's a good idea to keep other courses like BDS, BAMS, BHMS, or even BPT in mind, since they usually have lower cutoffs and more availability.

I would suggest not skipping the counselling process. Even if the chances are less, sometimes things work out in the later rounds, especially in your home state quota if seats remain vacant.

Hello,

You have impossible chance of getting government medical college with an MBBS seat if your NEET UG rank was 284439. However you might be able to get admission in private medical colleges through management quota or NRI quotas in states which had lower cutoffs.
