With a rank of around 11,700 in the general category, you have chances of procuring a seat in the SIHM, Durgapur when comparing the results of previous years. But, if you are asking for in the first round, it is impossible. But you may get into in the second or final round. In the first round, the closing ranks are around 10,000 which was a close one. Also, one thing to keep in mind is that scores and ranks vary each year with difficulty level of the question paper and availability of seats, by which nothing can be predicted for sure.
