Based on the information provided by you,based on your rank and marks the chances of you to get admission in government medical college is very low or we can say negligible chances. you can look for other b category or c category seat if its under your range. I would recommend you to look for other courses other than mbbs which you like or work harder and crack neet and get admission in your favorite college.
