The admission to MDS is done through neet pg exam. The admission to 50% seats of all government Colleges in India is done through the all India quota. The rest 50% seats is reserved as state quota. Now if you are a domicile of Himachal Pradesh you can go for both. The admission to state quota is conducted by the respective state authority and you need to apply separately .

If you don't belong to Himachal Pradesh , you need to go for all India quota. The steps for the same are:

Step 2 - Filling of personal details

Step 3 - Payment

Step 3 - Registration slip

Step 4 - Available choices

Step 5 - Selecting the preferences

Step 6 - Take a printout
