You have not mentioned your caste category, so it would difficult to tell whether you can get full fees reimbursement of partial feed reimbursement.

To get fees reimbursement, your parents must not be Goverment employees and their income must be within the prescribed limit. You can get fees reimbursement if you are eligible and meets above mentioned criteria.

Cut-offs varies from year to year and depends on many factors like number of students appeared in the exam, number of seats available, category, difficult level of the exam, etc.
