The registration process for NCHM JEE 2019 has closed so am sorry to say but you would not be able to register for it now as NCHM had extended the last date from March 15, 2019 to March 25th. Also, there is no concept of late fee for the registration process.

You may wish to consider other Institutions offering the course which is not under NCHM JEE such as JMI, IIHM, Manipal, IHM-A etc. which have an ongoing registration process.
