I guess you are talking about or referring to Delhi University's college. The college meant that after getting admitted you need to submit the updated documents to the college within 14 days of admission. You don't need to do anything now but after getting enrolled in that college you will have to submit your updated documents to the college itself. To get more clarity, you may call the college helpline number and ask for the same. You can also mail, but at times calling seems much better choice as getting replies on mails is generally delayed especially during the admission times. So, do call at their helpline and also mail your issue but just don't rely on mails alone.
