The basic registration for AIIMS MBBS has closed and the final registration was scheduled to start from today 21st February. But the final registration has not started yet and you need to keep an eye on the official website for any lastest update and also keep on trying and wait till tomorrow then try to register for final registration. It would be starting soon.
