Hey there
Last year there cutoff for BCECE pcb group was 489 rank this year the cutoff is 600 marks with 50% qualifying marks in boards. You have possibilities of getting a government college. If you come under any different category apart from general you have more chances

my rank..1749 ... bc rank -752..... and rcg rank -622...... frrom pcb group.......iin which course i get seat in gv. college.... can i get seat iin paramedical or bsc nursing..... please give me reply

Your rank is pretty much good for both the courses.
paramedical courses or allied health science courses such as Optometry, Clinical Nutrition and Dietetics, exercise sciences or fitness and lifestyle these courses have much better career prospects than nursing in India.
