I think that you maybe have some chance because your score is not so bad and at this rank, you may get this. So you may give at least one try some time your good luck is work beside that you also seek some Institute as you backup because getting this University you may average chances So taking risk is not a good option. So apply for Agriculture stream in the good and decent institute.
