Yes, as per NEET guidelines, a candidate is eligible to appear for the exam if he/she has completed 17 years of age by 31st December of the year joining respective Medical/Dental college. For NEET 2018, the above criteria would correspond to his/her date of birth on or before 31st December 2002 As per your questions, you would have already completed 17 years of age before appearing for NEET
