According to neet eligibility criteria you must complete 17 years on the 31st December of the year in which you are appearing for neet.
According to your statement you will complete 18 on 31st December of this year. So you can sit in neet examination 2018. Best of luck.

The need guidelines laid out that you must have completed 17 years of age by the 31st of December of the year in which you are appearing for the examination
Since in your case most possibly you are completing your 17th year of age by 31st December 2018 you should be eligible as per age criteria.
