Yes you are eligible for NEET 2020.As per NEET age eligibility criteria,Candidates must have completed 17 years as on December 31, 2020.So yes as you born in 28/01/2002,you have already completed your 17 years on 28 january 2019 and yes you are eligible.

Yes , you are eligible for neet examination with your date of birth as to be eligible for Neet examination you should be at least 17 years old or more by December 31, 2020 and you fulfil this criteria as with your date of birth you are 17 years old at present and will turn 18 year old in January 2020 , thus you are eligible for neet examination.

You can check the neet eligibility criteria provided below :-

• You must have passed in Physics,

Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English individually and must have obtained a minimum of
50% marks taken together in Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Bio-technology in your class 12th board examination from a recognized board if you belong to general category ; while it's only 40% aggregate in pcb for obc, sc and st categories , 45 % aggregate in pcb for pwd category.

• To be eligible for Neet 2020 you need to be at least 17 years old or more by December 31st, 2020 .

• There's no upper age limit for neet 2020.

• There's no attempt limit for neet examination.
